Start fruit and herbal tea with 100°C water and a 3–6 minute steep. Because fruit pieces and petals vary in size and density, weighing the blend is more consistent than relying only on a teaspoon.
How to brew a fruit infusion
- Bring fresh cold water to 100°C.
- Start with 5–7 g per cup.
- Cover and steep for 3–6 minutes.
- Strain, taste and adjust the amount for the next cup.
What is in Rosé Glaze?
Rosé Glaze combines fig, apple, pineapple, hibiscus, rose, almond and beetroot. It contains no tea leaves and is caffeine-free.
Can fruit tea be served iced?
Yes. Brew it fully with hot water, cool it promptly, refrigerate it and pour it over ice. This usually gives more consistent flavour than placing large dry fruit pieces directly in cold water.
